Amazing amenities, incredible staff, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally clean rooms made my stay so enjoyable! The view of Tokyo skyline was simply breathtaking!

The room had beautiful water views, and the proximity to Toyosu Market was a highlight. Plus, the presence of a convenience store in the lobby added convenience to our stay.

All good, meets expectations. Huge bathtub spa service was amazing!

What makes it worth it – and what doesn’t

Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a 24-hour convenience store nearby. Despite being a bit out of the way, quiet vibes made it an enjoyable retreat.

Finding the hotel was tricky due to the lack of signage, making it hard for taxis to locate. Navigating with luggage posed a real challenge.

I found the location convenient, with a nearby subway station just a five-minute walk away. The 24-hour convenience store provided easy access to snacks and late-night meals, making my stay more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, enhancing my overall experience.

It was a bit further from the main attractions, necessitating some travel time.

What an amazing stay! ! The view from our room was just STUNNING! I can't forget how the staff went out of their way to make us feel at home, holding our bags even after check-out so we could squeeze in some more sightseeing. They were genuinely caring and polite, especially during my little allergy episode where they really helped out.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know, worth every penny.

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room that had a super comfy bed, and I loved the fact that the shower, toilet, and sink were all separate, making it convenient. There were great relaxation options like a lovely lounge area and a fantastic spa where I could kick back. One minor downside was that the Front Office staff could've had a bit more English fluency, but they were friendly and did their best to assist us! 😊

The Moderate Twin Room was more spacious than expected, featuring a large window with a nice partial city view towards the docks. Daily fresh bottles of water. Neat little amenities like razors and toothbrushes, enhanced my stay. The bathroom was clean and functional, offering a delightful comfort after a day of exploring. Plus, the convenience store downstairs was a lifesaver for snacks and late-night cravings!

I stayed for 1 night in a Superior Queen Room, Non-Smoking. The convenience of being so close to the Toyosu fish markets was fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick visit. The rate was reasonable for the quality offered. 😊

We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel is close to the beautiful parks and markets, and getting around was easy for our family. The convenience store next door was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with our two girls.

In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a designated loading area for taxis made our arrival a bit hectic.
